RETURNS & REFUNDS

At PureGard (NRP Manufacturing), we stand behind the quality of our science-backed outdoor protection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to items purchased directly through our official online store.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality control and product integrity seriously. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact admin@puregard.ca as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue.

  • What Counts as Defective: Faulty spray pumps, leaked or significantly damaged bottles, broken kit clasps, or compromised formulas.
  • Condition: Defective products may be returned out of their original packaging within 30 days of delivery if they are in "next to unused" condition.
  • Resolution & Shipping: We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund. In these documented cases of damage or defect, PureGard will cover all return shipping costs if a physical return is required.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns (The 30-Day Rule)

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All promotional or sale items are final sale.
  • Return Shipping: Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

For both defective items and change-of-mind returns, once your return package is received, inspected, and approved by our team, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. All approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the product(s).

4. How to Initiate Your Return

Important: Do not send your purchase back to our facility unless specifically directed and authorized to do so by our support team.

  • Step 1: Email us at admin@puregard.ca. You must include your official receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos if you are reporting a defect or transit damage.
  • Step 2: Wait for official authorization and detailed return instructions from our team.
  • Step 3: If instructed to mail the item back, ship it to our authorized facility:

  • Tracking Note: If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

5. Third-Party Retailers & Wholesale Partners

If you purchased a PureGard product from an independent retail storefront, online boutique, or wholesale partner, please contact that retailer directly to process your return. Because independent store policies vary, we cannot directly facilitate or guarantee returns for products purchased outside of our official online store once they leave our manufacturing property.
