RETURNS & REFUNDS

At NRP Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below. Note that this policy applies only to items purchased directly through our official online store.

1. The 30-Day Rule

  • Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. Defective products may be returned out of their original packaging within 30 days if they are in "next to unused" condition.

  • What counts as defective? Rancid or moldy formula, faulty spray pumps, significant bottle damage, or broken clasps.

3. How to Return Your Item

Important: Do not send your purchase back to NRP Manufacturing unless specifically directed to do so by our team.

  1. Email Us: Contact admin@puregard.ca with your receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Wait for Authorization: We will provide instructions on if and how to send your item back.

  3. Inspection: Once received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Information

  • Address: 936 Hwy 325, Blockhouse, NS, B0J1E0.

  • Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns.

  • Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total.

  • Tracking: If shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased an NRP Manufacturing product from an independent retailer, please contact them directly. We cannot guarantee or facilitate returns for products sold through wholesale partners once they leave our property.
